How can I finish Tenpenny Tower in Fallout 3 for Xbox 360?
Ok … I started the quest … went to the station and decided to kill Warrington Roy Phillips negative karma. After he was killed I went back to Tenpenny Tower and a handful of vampires were in the tower. I killed all vampires. I went to talk with the chief Gustavo and he was not in its normal place. I entered and that no one else was there or alive. (Already dead Allstair [for search.]) So I could not speak with him about the search. So now I do not know what to do. They say talk with the chief Gustavo and he was not. I checked the entire building and noting. Ni I can even buy things for my house because Montenagro Lydia is dead or disappeared or something. Can anyone help?
If you kill Roy Phillips should not be no vampires in the tower. Only when the tower exceeded Roy helps Philips, so I think it is Glitched game or something. Because normally when Phillips was killed, Gustavo is at his desk and just talk to him to complete the mission.
